Allow specifying Database Role in a Resource Access Request

What would you like Teleport to do?

1. Allow users to select one or more db-roles when creating a resource-based access request for databases.
2. Add searching and filtering capabilities to the role list view during access request creation.

What problem does this solve?

Currently, users cannot select specific database roles when creating resource-based access requests, which could lead to inefficient permissions management and delayed access to necessary resources.

The absence of search/filter functionality in the role list view may cause poor user experience and challenges in quickly locating desired roles, particularly in environments with a large number of roles.

If a workaround exists, please include it.
